You don't know what Mongolian Barbecue is?  No, it's not like anything from Texas. Mongolian food isn't just fun to make and watch being made, but it's amazingly delicious, and appeals to tastebuds of all ages, from all over.

First, grab your bowl and step up to our Feast Bar, where you start by picking from our selection of five meats -- Prime Beef, lean white Chicken Breast, delicious Chicken Thigh, juicy Pork, and tender Lamb Leg.  All the meats are frozen and sliced thin.  Pick what you like!  Then. slide on over to our selection of vegetables and other items.  Over twenty different vegetables ranging from the standards like fresh-sliced mushrooms and cabbage, to the more unique like bok choy, aromatic cilantro, and jalapeno peppers.  We also have our tender imported chow mein noodles to add to your bowl.  Then, it's time to add the magic flavor.  Follow our suggested sauce recipe combinations, or get creative and make it fit your mood.  You like your food spicy sweet?  Lemon garlic?  Pineapple curry? You can mix and match and experiment (and don't worry-- we'll be nearby if you want some advice).  All of our sauces, and even our bread, are made by hand, in-house.

Finally, take it to our beast of a grill.  It's round.  It's four feet wide.  And it's HOT!  One of our Warrior Chefs will take your bowl and cook it to perfection.  Watch it cooked right in front of you!  Vegetables cooked just right, meats tender, and sauces intermingling throughout.  Add a generous helping of rice (white or brown) and dig in.  Each Feast plate is complemented with our House Egg Flower soup made fresh every day, and our baked-to-order Mongolian sesame pocket bread (which is AMAZING if we do say so ourselves).
